At JKL Engineering Solutions, a 12kW laser cutting machine provides exceptional power for cutting a variety of metals, with the cutting capacity depending on material thickness, reflectivity, and thermal conductivity. Below are typical cutting capacities for each listed metal:

These capacities may vary depending on factors like assist gas type (e.g., nitrogen, oxygen) and machine configuration. Using nitrogen ensures oxidation-free edges, while oxygen improves speed for thicker materials.
